PgM Innovations (operated by Archit Jain, based in New Delhi, India) values your privacy and is committed to handling your data with transparency and care. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect (if any), why we collect it, and how it is used in relation to our Atlassian Marketplace apps and company website.

1. No Collection of Personal Information

PgM Innovations does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as:

  • Names

  • Email addresses

  • Passwords

  • Ticket or issue-level data (summaries, descriptions, comments, etc.)

We do not track user behavior across pages, perform profiling, or store sensitive customer information. Our applications are designed to operate with minimal data storage, limited strictly to what is essential for core functionality.

2. App-Specific Data Handling

a. Dependency Tracker

  • What is stored? Only the Atlassian User ID (a unique alphanumeric identifier provided by Atlassian) is stored.

  • Why it is stored: To support the configuration of Private vs. Public reports within the app.

    • Private Report: Accessible only to the user who created it.

    • Public Report: Accessible to all users within the same Atlassian organization.

  • What is not stored: No names, email addresses, or ticket-level data are stored or processed by PgM Innovations.

b. Auto Sprint Start Stop

  • What is stored?

    • Organization Name (as provided by Atlassian),

    • Time Zone, and

    • Webhook URL (used to automate sprint start and stop actions).

  • Why it is stored: This minimal information is necessary to enable scheduled sprint automation specific to each organization.

  • What is not stored: No user-specific data (name, email) or issue-level information is ever collected or stored.

3. Website Usage

Our website https://pgminnovations.com does not collect or store any personal data. We do not use web forms, trackers, or analytics tools that capture visitor identities.

4. Hosting and Data Location

All backend services supporting our Atlassian apps are hosted securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region – ap-southeast-2. No data is transferred outside this region unless explicitly required for Atlassian Cloud operations.

5. Security Measures

While no system is completely immune to risk, PgM Innovations employs the following measures to minimize data exposure:

  • Use of HTTPS and HSTS for all data transmissions

  • Strict access control to servers and logs

  • Minimal data storage by design—only technical configuration values, no PII

  • No involvement of third-party data processors outside Atlassian and AWS infrastructure

6. Cookies

Our website and apps may use standard session-based cookies to enhance user experience and performance. These cookies:

  • Do not capture any personal data,

  • They are used only to recognize return visits or identify UI interactions (e.g., clicks),

  • Can be disabled via your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
